Shipping:

We try always to get your order out the next business day. However, please allow 1- 2 days for us to process your order. We’ll email you your tracking link when it’s on the way!

Orders are generally shipped overnight using NZ Post. Please allow an extra 1-2 days if you’re rural.

A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to orders shipping within New Zealand.

We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time. We’re working on offering shipping to Australia—stay tuned!

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
